We only collect the minimum amount of data needed, and we have a clear retention policy regarding the profiles created. All personal data we handle is controlled by TMS Finance in the UK. For IT hosting and maintenance, your information may be stored on servers within the European Union, but no third parties can access your personal data unless permitted by law.

We may also share your data with other third parties in order to offer you products that meet your needs. All data is stored electronically on an encrypted cloud server located in the UK.

How Long We Keep It
